A1 with top layer issue

Hi,i bought an A1 combo but when i print something i have this issue, the pics show the top face, this appears in the same spot, for example at the left of printed object, and sometimes appear on other side.

I try differents filaments, temps, Bambu Stutio templates for A1 and always get the same issu, any one whit the same problem?

Note: Ironing is dissabled

Have you checked the hotend heating assembly screws as described in the wiki?
