Just received my A1 mini today and it’s DOA right out of the box.
Hot End heating error.
Checked the WIKI and measured the connector as shown, NTC is open circuit.
Lodged and ticket and now just wait.
Extremely disappointed as this was a gift.
No support phone number, just lodge a ticket and wait…
Also the screen didn’t have the clear plastic sheet on it and has a minor scratch mark. Wondering if I got a refurbished model ??
