I got a bad clog a while back. After getting everything cleaned up and nozzle replaced, my printer won’t home center. It just 3/8th inch off center but it completely stops calibration and purging. I cant even start a print. Bambu sent me a new board still nothing. They have reviewed logs and cant find the error. I have looked for hours and cant find a fix to this. Should I just manually move the belt? Is there some kind of backend way to set the x -axis back to center? I dont want to buy another one
Can you manually push the toolhead all the way to the right & left…??
yeah. all the way both ways. no restrictions or force needed. I have even started the calibration from both sides.
I have now also disassembled the belt housing and slipped the belt off the drive, manually moved the print head to center, replaced belt, reassembled and ran calibration. It still goes off center. I am at a loss
I have the same issue with the printhead being off center. Have you found a solution? TIA Cal
I have not. Bambu has sent me pretty much a replacement everything except a whole printhead. still working on it
Hi! I got same problem, any news about solution?
