Abnormal Print File Data

This error started popping up over the past 48 hours when I select “Print Plate”, “Abnormal print file data. Please reslice and try again.”

This is happening on files that I’ve printed a hundred times before, but for some reason now they’re “abnormal”.

If I close Bambu Studio and reopen the plate prints the first time, but the 2nd time it’ll return to that same error message.

Anyone seen this before or know how to fix it? It’s pretty annoying having to restart the program every print.

Are you reprinting from a SD card? The card might be failing. Printing from Studio sends the print to the internal memory of the X1C which also copies it to the SD card (if you have that enabled.) This copy may have an issue and when you go to reprint it gives this error.

No, not reprinting from a card. Also it’s happening on all 3 of my X1’s so highly doubtful it would be failing cards.

What firmware version do these printers have?

Firmware version is 01.11.02.00.
