I’m printing a part in ABS, with a 0.6 nozzle, but I’m experiencing some minor warping. It’s an H2C. Has anyone else had this problem?
Assuming you’ve done the clean-build-plate thing, and tried some glue, crank up the chamber temp and the build plate temp and lower the extrusion temp. You want the plastic to cool off less after it’s been extruded, which reduces the amount of shrinkage from cooling, which reduces the stresses that cause warping at the perimeter of the print.
First thing that comes to mind is build plate temp for the peeling of/warping, add glue maybe? Second may be a stupid question. Did you dry your filament? Bubbles look like moisture.
But it only happens when I start printing, the camera is at 65 degrees, the bed at 90, and the filament is dry.
The chamber is maxed out, good. Build plate isn’t. And you haven’t said what your extrusion temp is - can it go lower?
Run a “Temp Tower” calibration and use the lowest temperature the calibration shows is still OK.
I print ABS and ASA all the time. No issues with warping. Because these are the things I do.
