When I try to login to bambulab.com or makerworld.com, after entering the correct email/password, I get the message “To keep your account secure, please enter the verification code sent to ”. The email never arrives. It doesn’t go to spam. I checked with my email provider and they see no record of an email from bambulab.com failing, bouncing, etc. I’ve created a new account under a different email and do receive the code for that account/email. I can’t associate my prior email with that account since it is already in use. I’ve opened a support ticket but there has been no response. I’ve seen a few out verification code related posts but not one that matches my situation. Any help is appreciated.
Im having the same problem everytime I start a print the sicer wont send the verification to email. I’m tired of fighting with sending a print. please fix this
Happening to me today as well. I’m receiving emails from other senders but not from Bambulabs.
tried different browser (safaro ad chrome) with the same result.
I cn’t open a ticket on the wiki site either. When I click to logi I get a message from Cloudflare that I am blocked from the site!
