Feature Request: Add a Desired Outcome box in the general ticket form (which is used for order related issues). Having this box will remind customers to clearly state what outcome they want and can speed up the resolution of the ticket.
It can be free text, or have some predefined choices, such as A. Replacement Unit, B. Replacement Part, C. Refund, D. Other while providing a box for more info about the Other choice.
If Bamu Lab agrees to what the customer requests, they can simply do it without having to go through unnecessary back-and-forth with customers before finding out what they want.
