Adhesion issue at the end of a print

Hi everyone! I am printing texture rollers. I’ve printing about a dozen of them with no issue on .20mm preset standard.

Have not had a filament change and have not upgraded to new firmware. But am having issues with the print getting to the end and getting knocked down. They are 2 hour prints and have had 4 failed attempts and an “almost” attempt. The first 3 times it would get to about 30 minutes into the print and then would get lots of spaghetti stringing and it would knock down the cylinder.

I finally changed the Brim width to 8 and lowered the speed to 150 for outer and inner wall. I also calibrated, just in case. It printed almost to the end but about a minute before it was about to finish it looked like the nozzle was stuck and making hole on top and knocking the roller down.

Pic#1 has what the it looked like the first 3 attempts and the last two photos are the one almost successful print with the BRIM and Speed Change. Any other thoughts on what could be happening? I have 5 more of these to print and not sure what is causing this to happen.

Try changing to gyroid infill. The default grid infill crosses lines on the same layer causing little bumps. Sometimes the nozzle hits the bumps. The taller the model is the more likely hitting the bump will knock it loose.
