Hi everyone, I’m having two recurring issues with my Bambu Lab P2S.
First: I keep having adhesion problems specifically on the upper right side of the build plate. This usually results in the entire print being ruined and thrown away. How can this keep happening? The bed is spotless and freshly cleaned, yet the adhesion issues always occur in that same top-right spot.
Second: Every two days, I get an error message saying the ‘extruder motor is overloaded.’ It’s incredibly annoying and I have no idea what’s causing it. I usually have to take the entire extruder apart and put it back together—even though I never find anything wrong inside—and then, for some reason, it just starts working again.
For a printer at this price point, this is becoming unacceptable and I’m really frustrated. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Are there any known fixes for this?

For the bed adhesion it could be a few things.
It looks the most like it is warping related. Print a aux fan deflector and see if that does anything, it is weird since you usually don’t have an issue with the aux fan with PLA.
You also might need to do some bed tramming and run all calibrations again.
Or, I know you don’t want to hear it, but clean your bed again.
For the extruder motor issue.
You most likely need a new filament sensor. Open a support ticket and they will mail you one.

Bed tramming is a way to say you are manually leveling the bed. This probably isnt the issue, so I would hold off until the end. Your level does not look too bad.
All of the aux fan reflectors are pretty much the same thing.
Добрый день! А я стол намазываю клеем БФ-2, чтобы не отклеивалось ничего во время печати. Правда готовые детали сложнее отрываются потом от стола.
По поводу “перегруза экструдера” столкнулся с такой же проблемой как и у Вас. Уже два раза разбирал его - мусора не было. И также случайно экструдер начинает печатать нормально. Но был при этом один нюанс: катушка в АМС видимо неровно стояла и когда поправляешь её, чтобы она легче крутилась - поначалу помогало, а теперь уже и это не помогает. Хотенд чистый, так как когда вручную подаешь нить на нагретый хотенд - то выдавливается хорошо. При этом, когда разбирал экструдер полностью, пытался пальцами прокрутить маленькую шестерню основного мотора, мне не хватает сил прокрутить его, это у всех так? или это не нормально. А вообще у меня тоже уже появляется догадка, что это может быть глюк какой-нибудь электроники. Я тоже не решил эту проблему и не знаю. какие запчасти можно поменять. Если поделитесь ссылкой на запчасти - буду очень признателен.
P.S. пошел снова разбирать экструдер(((
