After moving, X1C won't work

I moved a few weeks ago so my X1C took a 2-hour drive in my car. Got it out today, powered it up…and it makes that initial humm, and then nothing. The chamber light comes on a minute after that.

The only “damage” is that one of the locking/release pinss on the LCD screen cable connector broke. As far as I can tell, the screen is plugged in fine otherwise.

It worked fine before I put it back in its box.

Any suggestions? The wiki wasn’t helpful.

I suppose that prior to placing your X1C in the car, you did dropped the plate and have secured it similarly to when you’ve first unpacked it, right?

I secured it with the 3 screws.

Printer never crashed into floor or anything.

Powers on. Just won’t “boot-up”

Did you try a different power outlet?

I really don’t think it’s a power outlet issue since it does come on. Maybe it’s possible that it’s just the LCD screen not working it that has me all messed up. I haven’t even been able to connect it to Wi-Fi so I really don’t know what’s going on with the printer.

I just checked with my local Micro Center to see if they have the LCD screen cable and they don’t.

Did you check the ribbon cable and the socket on the back of the screen to make sure nothing is bent? I’m thinking whatever broke the connecting mechanism did other damage also.
