The points system has changed again and maybe it’s for the best but all I know is where I was getting between 5 and 20 points every couple of days, in the last 4 days NOTHING..?? So I guess they have made it harder to gain points..?? Anyone else had this happen or have your points increased if so I’d love to know what your doing that i’m not..?
I believe the points assigned to the milestones are changed. but the milestone are still there I think.

About the same really.
Although there is one big change that annoys the hėll out of me. You only get boosts for the first time you pair a machine to an account. Like come on man, I just spent 800 dollars and you cant give me 2 boosts? Cheap bastards.
It will take some more time to see the full effects of the changes. Keep in mind, this is one of the slower times of year.

Yesterday I got 45 points for a model instead of 37.5 (>1000).
And 37.5 for another.
I heard of people getting only 30 though.
I just hope is not related to the total print time of the model to determine if is a “complex model”, or we are ruined.

Thats pretty standard, the hidden milestones get larger so you end up earning those points further apart, i’m still getting increases in the expected timeframes
They give you Boosts to give to others, you do not directly benefit at all.
I like being able to give out boosts. That is the benefit to me.
I was directly referring to your example that included money.
I do not discount non-monetary benefits.
There will always be a monetary aspect when it comes to boosts. I equate it to handing someone a dollar. That money comes from somewhere, ie, the purchase of a printer. But when the cost of the boosts are only 0.25 percent of the cost of the machine, that is a little ridiculous.
Even if I am not getting the monetary benefit, someone will. (Unless a boost expires of course).

Well it’s now been over 7 days since the change and in that time i’ve only gotten 21 points !?! When you compare it to the same period the month before going back six months the average I got was over 60 points (not including boosts), so this new system has reduced points awarded by 2/3rds !!! At this rate I’ll be lucky if I get enough points for a gift card by Christmas..!!!
