P1P with AMS approx. 50 hours. The AMS only fed all filaments up to the deflection point in the build chamber. A message appeared stating that there was a knot or broken filament. So I disassembled everything, no error. I then installed the nozzle with thermistor (original combination), the problem persisted. I then removed and cleaned the filament sensor, the problem persisted. I then performed a factory reset, and the problem persisted. After that, the AMS completely failed, and it is no longer recognized. The HMS continues to show error 0005-0003-001-002. So, I installed a new nozzle, same problem. I checked all the cables, checked the position of the PET tubes, and the AMS is clean. Factory reset number 2. Still the same message. The printer can be calibrated and tested. Meanwhile, I can’t even see the AMS anymore. The HMS is blocking further access with its message. I’m really desperate. I’m an electronics technician and mechanic myself, and I’m very meticulous.

Then I would recommend you use a glass riser. There are tons of designs, an example:
The goal is to create ~30-40cm of extra “airspace” above the toolhead, which can then be used as a MUCH more gentle radius for filament to travel through that bend. What type of filament are you using? Usually this occurs with brittle, unbending filament like PA6CF/ABSGF/etc so it’s interesting to know if youre seeing it with vanilla PLA.
Not sure what to say about the rest of the issue though.

But now the Ams give any motion. The printer will start, but with this message behind, it doesn’t work.
The printer head moves is daily way for calibration.
