The Y lines, as you call them, are VFA’s (verticle fine artifacts). Be warned, I advise you don’t go down that rabbit hole and just accept them if you are happy with everything else, as it will not end well if you do. The other things you can probably improve with settings and a bit of fiddling. However, your Cali cube looks pretty good to me.
