I decided to try out the drying capabilities of my AMS2 Pro. I am new to 3D printing. My ams was set up with spools 1-4 Bambu PLA matte and spool 4 Bambu PETG matte. I set up on the screen to dry PLA matte but when I came to start the sequence it told me the temperature set, 55C, was too hot and I should remove the 3 PLA spools. The PETG spool had a tick against it. I am confused as it appears it set too high a temperature despite my selecting PLA for drying.
It’s “too hot” for the spools to be inserted into the AMS inlet. Just having the spools inside the AMS 2 pro (without the filament inserted into the motor) is fine.
Bambu is claiming the filament could get too soft and deform inside the gears when it is being heated potentially clogging up, that’s why it requires you to remove the spools (from the gears/motor)

Thank you for providing a solution, I would probably have never thought that was what it was telling me. I will try it again tomorrow but unload the spools from the feeder tubes. Thanks again.
