I have two (2) AMS 2 Pro, one of them I want to use with an A1. In the A1 I made the AMS update in settings, then connected the AMS, the printer turned on, said that a firmware update was needed, I executed. After full download then 98% of update, firmware update failed.
Did the same thing on the same printer with my second AMS 2 Pro, success.
The original AMS 2 Pro now on a P1S (where it was originally) now needs a firmware update and fails. The issue seems to be with the AMS itself. Anyone experience this or have any troubleshooting suggestions?
