AMS 2 Pro - Issues with loading filament into Extruder

Sent new hub and no issues yet. I do think its absolutely comical that I spent $900 on a printer bundle and am forced to DIY fix it myself instead of being sent an entire new unit as a swap. Not that I can’t fix it myself but that’s a total joke. Bambu lab advertises as the just buy it and print/apple of 3d printers and they expect people to fix this ■■■■ themselves. I paid for a new, working product and 1 month in I am expected to unscrew and replace internal parts of it. I can absolutely see someone who’s very inexperienced (again, a typical user of this printer brand) breaking a wire/connector, or having trouble reassembling the unit. For me it was easy but shoot man not everyone should be expected.
