AMS 2 Pro - Issues with loading filament into Extruder

I submitted on 6/6, still waiting to hear anything back. But I have been replying to it with the testing plans as well as updated logs. I think that I’ll be requesting a new AMS hub (external).

I’ve just ordered a buffer to replace my hub - let us know how it goes!

This might have fixed my issue - the 35 degree guide so far has made multiple load and unloads work. Testing a 6hr colour changing torture test now…

Edit: model printed great, 89 successful changes! If you are having issues, the guide print is well worth 20 mins of time to see if it helps.

Can you post the link to the new guide?

I just used the one you posted at the top of this thread!

I am getting this issue without using the hub as I don’t have a 2nd one for H2D, just the filament buffer. Whats crazy is I can pull the filament out, reload it and it works fine, or I can cut it some and it works fine. Both are temp fixes then it does it again like an hour or so later.

This has to be a AMS 2 issue, I opened a ticket to bambu with logs to see what they say. :frowning:

To cause confusion I am adding images of hubs

Internal Hub

External Hub

In my case my AMS2 pro could not push filament outside of the internal hub. The odometer has no signal. Using a magnet worked for some time but it stopped. Had to deposit money to get a brand new AMS2 pro.

I don’t use the external hub at all while using x2 AMS2 pro and X2 AMS HT connected to x1 H2D.
