Chatgpt says that I can mount an AMS 2 Pro on the side of my P1S, bit it’s unable to provide pics of it actually being done. I can’t find posts here. Has anyone positioned their AMS to the side of their P1S printer with the reels pointing towards the printer? If so, is anything else needed besides the AMS 2 Pro P1 kit?

a long enough BUS cable and long enough ptfe tubes.

OK, thanks. Now, do you know if the cable and tubes the P1S kit comes with is long enough? Does BL sell xtra long bus cables?

My stock lines were long enough. I have a P1S and an AMS 2 Pro that is sitting beside my printer on the right side.

To reduce noise, reduce heat loss to the room, reduce VOC + bad smell as well.
The connector of AMS bus cable is just micro fit 3.0, which you can make the cable yourself. Pinouts of the connectors are here bambu wiki

You can also mount it on top with an AMS flipper
