AMS 2 Pro rewind speed to high?

Since connecting the 2nd AMS 2 pro to my original AMS 2 pro, they are both rewinding much to fast fit the filament too be collected on the spool. This causes a loop sometimes & then a jam, which causes an error & a print stop. It’s not every bay or any particular time in the print, the A1 bay is the most common to rewind to fast & cause the filament Jan as described above. All Bambu Labs filament so it’s not the spool size as I thought with a generic spool that was on slot A1 before. Some of the other spools rewind quickly too, but none of them seem too get this loop that jams, so far only A1 jams. Is there a part that can be replaced as maybe the spool is slipping on this A1 bay.

As a footnote, I had a original AMS connected to this original AMS 2 on my H2D before this new AMS 2 & no issues then

As I understand it, the feed motor and spool motor doesn’t try to sync, instead the spool motor goes at the worst case speed (the RPM that would be needed at a near-empty spool) and then the system relies on the spool slipping on the rollers to act as a friction clutch.

Make sure the rollers in that slot are seated properly and rolling smoothly. Clean them up with a damp cloth. Make sure the lid is fully in place during operation. Couldn’t hurt to wipe off the rim of your spools, too.
