AMS 2 Pro seeing filament that isn't there

I assume this topic has been covered but I can’t find it. Two of my AMS Pro 2’s have had the same problem and Bambu has been somewhat helpful, but not completely. Both are reading filament in the #1 feed and I have been able to solve the issue on one of them - it was actually a tiny bit of filament in the X1C extruder causing the problem. Once the printer was cleaned out, the AMS began to run perfectly. I haven’t been as lucky with the second one. It is the second AMS with an H2S and I simply can not get the #1 feed (or #5) to work. No matter what I do, the printer thinks it is loaded. I have done everything I can think of - replace the internal splitter, replace the feed…and nothing. The other 3 slots work when I shut down and restart the printer. I guess 7 colors is better than none, but I’d love to have 8.
