I just got my X2D and AMS 2 Pro. I loaded all 4 spools into the AMS. Slot 1 will not auto recognize the Bambu Lab PLA. All 3 other Slots recognize type and color. When i go to the software, it thinks Slot 1 is Slot 2. Or at least that is what it looks like becuase I put the BLUE filament in slot 2 and the software has it as “1”. No matter what color i put in slot 1, it will not recognize yet all the other slots recognize all the other colors. Any ideas for a fix or shoul I just try to return this since I just got it today?
This isn’t a software issue, it automatically numbers them by what order they are in there, without thinking about the AMS. For example, if I were not to have any filament in slot three, but I did in slot 4, then it would still name the filament in slot 4 #3. About the not detecting issue, I’m not sure why it could be doing that.
