New update available for the Ams 2 pro 04.00.21.87
- H2s firmware 01.02.00.00 (20260331)
I have been running this for a few days, the assist motor sounds different…Oh and the print/dry thing.
Do we know what the new update even does?
I was mid task before i read the notification on the printer so havent installed it yet , no release notes on the printer or studio , i will take another look on Bambulab.com shortly , unless someone else would like to

After the update, there are knocking noises coming from the engine.
I noticed this too, I wonder if this has a function…maybe it helps TPU95A to feed 
It’s just dropped on my H2S. The z axis clonking noise is now gone.
Since the firmware update 31032026 for the H2S + AMS 2 Pro, the AMS simply switches off as soon as you start the drying function.
I had to revert to the old firmware to get it working again.

Are the AMS updates dependent on the printer it is connected to? I have a H2C and the current FW on my AMS is 03.00.21.29 and it isn’t shown any updates available?
The ams update came with the printers firmware update, so i would assume so, with firmware updates being tied to each machine.
Take a look at your buffer while you print. I had the same issue , buffer was working way to hard.

same here. except on the older firmware, i cant do drying while printing, even when im using the power adapter…
