My brand-new AMS two pro will not load the filament into the P2S. Since today I can put in the filament drum into the AMS and a manually feed the filament for about 20 cm until it is blocked. The motor on the backside and pick up the filament and transported into the printer. What can I do to rectify this issue. Thank you.
You shouldn’t have to manually push it. Make sure the ams its connected with the 6 pin cable to the printer. and the ams lights up. Once you do that if you sightly introduce the filament to the ams it should grab it roll it and read the electronic tab
I had a problem, obviously with a particular filament. I had bought it in four different colours and all of them plugged up the AMS. At the end I returned with elements to the supplier.

In addition I had to learn that some filaments wouldn’t run well on the AMS two pro however the software gives a warning for some of the filaments in brackets e.g. PA6-CF. This is a very brittle product and I think it will not run well on the AMS.
I have the same issue, the AMS will not make a two color print. The printer will ask to load the external filament off the side, it will make a tower of the same color ; but will not switch colors. I tried sync it and everything from the six pin plug on the back of the machine, I’ve run out of how to fix ideas.
