When I try to print something from AMS2 I can’t. Filament goes to extruder and than stops and printer tries to pul back filament and doesn’t work at all, it stuck. I tried to help with hand but no way. Than I need to take PTFE tube off from AMS hub and pull filament out of AMS2 by hand. I tried the same with B1 filament and B2 filament and it is the same, what can be wrong here???
Where does the filament actually stop? Is it possible that the PTFE tube is incorrectly inserted into the printing head? When was the last time you successfully printed? Have you done anything to the printer since your last successful print? What about the filament roll, are you watching it to see if the filament is stuck in the roll at the point it reaches the printing head?

yes I buy H2S and replace X1C and now I have X1C on some other place and after that first AMS 2 pro is ok and second is AMS where filament stuck at the extruder, I watched where on extruder and it can not be pulled back, I don’t know why, but when I discconetc PTFE tube from AMS hub I can somehov pull it back filament
