Any way to use side spool with ams to create an 5 colour print?
I don’t think, there is a way to do that. 
there is no way to do that. You must buy an additional AMS.
no but you can set the last color to be printed (5th) same as the first color to be FINISHED in ams. And manually change the 1st finished color spool to the last color to be printed in your ams and get 5 colors like this unless you need all colors on every layer

Smart. But not if your 5th is a TPU, that´s another “long” discusion.
don’t tell bambu this but I use tpu on the ams, gotta do some mods first but unless you want to print the softest tpu it works
