AMS disabled

Trying to run a print using my Bambu Lab AMS. I have slots 1-3 loaded with white ABS. I get an error that AMS has been disabled. I checked and seems like everything is loaded. I don’t use it often, so it is disconnected when not using filament from the spool. Using X1E printer. Any ideas on how to enable it?

What version of Bambu Studio are you using? In the older versions you needed to check the box to enable the AMS when sending the print.

Using Version 01.01.02.00

When I run Bambu Studio, it says V 2.02.57. I don’t see anywhere on the print screen to enable the AMS.

When you send the print, if you click on the filament drop down you should be able to select which filament to use.

Your issue of the “AMS still being loaded” might be because there is a section of filament stuck in the PTFE tube that is triggering a sensor.

This is what I see when clicking on Print Plate

Are the LEDs on all the slots white?

I have a similar Problem. I reload one role of my filament to load a nother one. The LED from the slot from the old role are red an the printer says that the filament cant get reloaded but the role is out of the printer. I cant finde the Problem.

Yes the LEDs are all white.
