AMS Failed to pull back filament code: 07008004105104

hi, i was trying to print something today, and spent 3 hours trying to fix my bambu lab P1S printer. The error code i got is 07008004105104, and i cant seem to crack the problem. here is the breakdown of what i did.

THINGS I DID
first, i cleared a clog in the nozzle, i performed a cold pull, and cleared it.
second, i cleared the ams clog, there was one in the ptfe tube of slot 4, and i removed it
third, i removed the clog in the ptfe tube of the same slot (4) but this time it was in the ams HUB, and after all of that it still wont load.
i checked all the tubes, nothing else, nothing looking abnormal in the tubes all throughout the printer too. it wont even load the 1st filament slot.

i did all of these things, and it still wont let me print. i cant figure it out, i need help.

something to note is i have not updated firmware because last time i did that it didnt let me print either, and i had to downgrade. this was maybe 2 months ago? now im trying to print again and it wont work. thanks.

Very hard to suggest something based on what you are experiencing. Kind of a guess on my part, something that happened to me. A piece of filament is in one of the sensors of the AMS. Push filament thru each tube untill it exits the AMS. If there is a small section of filament, alot of times when you push filament towards it, the tube will jam. If it jams, try pushing filament in the opposite direction. Help this helps.
