I now too have the same problem. It’s not the extruder since it feeds the other three colours. If I hand feed the filament it works, if I leave lots of slack on the spool it works. Only when it needs to pull the filament from the spool on the AMS does it fail. The specific location is Spool spot #1. I have tried three different filaments as well. It also retracts with no problem.
