I think I know the issue. In the prepare tab it numbers filaments. Those really don’t mean any thing besides a way to click on an object and hit the number of the filament you want and assign it to the object. Then after slicing when you send the print it will show what slot will be used. yours will probably be set to A4 I bet. Click on it and select the right ams slot then click send.
