Hi, my AMS get often stuck when loading, with the filament that fall on the side of the spool and get stuck, if i manually bring the filament on the centre during the loading phase all is ok. There is some mod or idea to solve this issue ? I use mostly esun filament.
Is the Esun refills or on spools? If it comes on spools and it’s wound so it can get jammed in the sides you might have to use a respooler. If they are refills is really tricky to get it perfect but you have to work it so there aren’t gaps on the sides.
Both, I am using respool with the bamboo adapter for some filament and the normal cardboard for some others. how i can manage to make them good ?

Sometimes also happens that the motor is faster than the spool and the filament exit from the spooler and get tangled, but this is rare
I massaged a little bit the spool to bring the filament on the sides and close the gap, looks better now

My AMS is also having issues with filament going over the side of the reel. It seems much worse since the latest firmware update (00.00.06.75). When unloading filament, it is blasting filament out in retraction faster than the wheels can wind it.
