AMS HT & Pro 2 – Worth It for PETG/PLA + High-Temp Filaments?

Hey guys,

I’m about to pull the trigger on a Bambu H2D with the AMS Pro 2 and AMS HT, but so far I’ve heard and read nothing but disappointment from AMS HT users.

My needs for the AMS HT would be:

Single spool drying of high-temp filaments (the “HT” part)

Side-loading for the second nozzle

I’ve sold my Sunlu S4, expecting the AMS Pro 2 and AMS HT would cover all my needs:

AMS Pro 2 → PETG / PLA

AMS HT → ASA / PPS, etc.

Be honest — do they actually deliver on this in real-world use, or do they fall short?

Any experiences (good or bad) would be appreciated.

Thanks!
