AMS Hub for A1 Series Question

I read this page about how to connect the AMS hub for A1 series to the AMS and the printer. It says I have to connect a 4-pin cable to connect the printer and the AMS hub, and a 6-pin cable to connect the AMS hub to the AMS itself. Do I need to connect the printer with the AMS and if yes, with which cable?

Hi,
If you have only an A1 ans an AMS, you have to plug the 4-pins cable directly to the printer.

Here are the steps to connect the A1 AMS Hub to the printer and to an AMS.

  1. Connect the 4 pin cable to the printer
  2. Connect the other end of the 4 pin cable to the AMS A1 Hub (make sure it’s in the 4 pin slot)
  3. Connect the 6 pin cable to the AMS A1 Hub (use the 6 pin slot)
  4. Connect the other end of the 6 pin to the AMS

no not like that but actually take it apart a pice of filmant got jammed and 1 im at it i want to customize
