AMS issue with one bay

Bay 2 in my AMS is not unloading correctly during a multicolor job. It will load to print then on unloading something goes wrong and the bay light goes off as in there is no filament loaded. When that bay is needed again I get an error saying the filament has run out. If I push the filament back in to engage it and click resume print it will load , but then it just happens again on the next reload. Have pulled the AMS apart and replaced all the tubes, but the problem remains. Any thoughts on what I should replace. AMS has done 3400hrs

You might have a bit of fluff in the filament hub inside, and have you ever replaced the feeder assemblies?
