I woke up to a paused print. One PTFE tube popped out of the connector.
I put it back and confirmed that I can’t pull it out. As soon as it starts printing it pops out and feeds filament into the air until it errors out.
I put a fresh cut on the end of the tube. No help.
So I swapped the tube with another slot in the hub. The same tube pops out of a different connector! When a different color prints, it prints just fine using the same connector that the other tube was popping out of.
Did you ever solve this? I’m having this same problem now. This is using new filament, Bambu Lab Basic PLA. So I’m assuming it’s due to a worn PTFE tube? I’ve trimmed the tube’s end, that worked for a few mins. Then I moved the tube to another port on the 4-port hub. It’s been fine since earlier this morning, but now has popped out again. So when I get home, I’ll check and see if it’s the same tube that was popping out or the tube that I moved into that port on the hub.
I would think it is time to change the tubes and maybe even the tube holder.

Well after I got home, I found out that it wasn’t a big problem at all. Instead of the tube with the new Bambu Filament having issues, as it turns out, it was the last of an old spool of Overture filament that had broken before going through the AMS Lite. So I replaced the old filament with a new roll of the Bambu filament on the small spool that I had previously printed on my A1 mini and continued on. It’s working fine now.
