I’ve been using the AMS Lite for over a year now and mid-print today, Slot 4 stopped feeding. I made sure the filament wasn’t tangled so that isn’t the problem. After searching several message boards, I found how to disassemble Slots 3 & 4. Slot 3 recognizes the filament and begins feeding as expected. Slot 4 appears to recognize there is filament (lights come on), however, it doesn’t begin to load the filament, no matter how far I insert the filament.
I’ve got a video of what’s happening, but the forum doesn’t allow the video to be added to the post so the screenshots from the video have been attached.
Any suggestions for fixing this?
