AMS Print-Preventing Glitch

Today I bought a new P1S. I was extremely exited when I got home, until I plugged it in and started a benchy test, as always. After I started the print (I used the PLA that came with the printer) it had reeled the filament in and out a few times, then gave me an HMS message, saying that I was out of filament. I could not find this issue anywhere else. I’m afraid I just bought a $900 paperweight. Any help would be very appreciated.

So you just bought printer and feeding from hanger on back of printer body?
You configured the PLA as far as color, type (matte, silk, etc)? With no AMS you have to tell what the printer is being fed.
Did you look up the HMS code in the wiki?
There is a list of the codes and possible solutions for each code.
Post the HMS code for starters.

I was using the AMS. I figured out it was just a Gcode error. Thanks for helping!
