AMS Pro 2 Spools Not Responding

14 May I downloaded and installed the Beta update.

After 970 hours of printing in the past two months, all of a sudden my prints are all failing and AMS Pro 2 spool positions #1 and #2 are no longer responding. They will not load or light up or feed filament. Tapping on the touchscreen positions produces no effect. Feeding filament - no effect.

Has anyone else seen any issues related to the new Beta version. I am not sure this is the issue but it seems more than coincidental.

make sure your internal cables are plugged in i had to do that

Good suggestion. I should have included in my initial post that I have cycled the power as well as unplugged and re-seated all the AMS Pro 2 cables. Running a full calibration now which may help the failed prints but has not healed the AMS spool 1 and 2 failures. Thanks!

do you have a hms code twenty five characters

I do not. No error codes displayed. Just AMS 2 spools 1 and 2 totally dead.

can i see a vidieo of what its doing

Of course. Just left the house for a few hours will post later. Thanks for responding.

can i gat a video of the ams when you turn it on

and when did this start twenty five charectors

Started this afternoon after a print. Went to load diff filament and couldn’t. No error codes. The two spool positions on the left just stopped responding.

try downgrading the firmware to the last firmware from whatever your firmware was last and try that and see if it will work and what printer is it

have you swaped the cables

No. But a really good idea. Will try tomorrow.

P2S printer

I need to google how to retrograde the firmware but suspect this may have something to do with it as I loaded the new firmware beta version last night

Revert Firmware on Bambulab here is how to downgrade firmware try that and see if it fixes it

The AMS issue resolved once I reverted to the previous firmware. I’ve withdrawn from the Beta program to preclude issues like this. Thanks for your help.

did it fix youre print issues and you can report bugs in the firmware if you want because that is a bad bug

LOL. I went to print something to see if the print problem had resolved. And now I have an extruder overload issue I need to sort out. I’ve run out of time. Traveling for a couple of weeks starting tomorrow. I’ll have to sort it out when I get home. Thank you!
