Hi There!!

One of my filament feeders is failing to push the filament through the internal hub. I checked the internal PTFE tube and its not clogged. I also moved the filament around and it works fine, but that specific feeder is stuck. I’m not sure what todo. the rest of the feeder work completely fine. I printed a quite complex item with 3 colors and it had no problems.

I noticed something else and would appreciate any comments. If I take all the filaments out of all the feeders, and refeed them, then the problem goes away. It eventually will come back, but not immediately. and the only fix is to take all filaments out and refeed.

Bambu support is suggesting I just replace the feeder. But I’m concerned about doing such major surgey to this $400 unit. so any thoughts or opinions are apprecaited.
