I started a print and immediately noticed the filament some how pushed the
PTFE tube out of AMS unit. I turned the power off and found some filament in the PTFE tube and bare filament a few inches from the connection to the AMS 1 unit.
I tried a new print after a clean up and pushing the PTFE tube fully into the AMS 1 and had the same result; the PTFE tube somehow isn’t being held strong and staying in place.
Any ideas?
I found component identification in Bambu wiki. The unit not holding PTFE tube is the AMS Internal Hub Unit https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/ams-internal-hub-unit?id=41755803517064.
The PTFE tube is forced out when filament is flows into it.
Is the AMS Internal Hub Unit repairable?
Have you tried installing a new tube? It might be worn out in that area.

The AMS hub assembly can be disassembled; there are three screws at the bottom. But you have to be careful; there are magnets and small springs there. The magnets have a direction. But I don’t know if it’s possible to find suitable PTFE tube holders.There’s a complete disassembly guide on the Bamboo Lab Wiki.
Apparently the PTFE tube was worn down enough to slide out when he filament was tying to load. My thanks to @Tolik979 for help and the solution!
