Hi All,

My AMS jammed in feeder #4, so I opened the AMS and removed the jammed BL PLA filament. I was surprised to discover that the BL filament had split (see pic). I put the AMS back together and tried a different BL PLA filament in feeder #1. It would not load, and the filament came out frayed.

Since it is happening across multiple feeders, I am thinking the AMS Internal Hub is the culprit and needs to be replaced. Any ideas? Thanks!
