That should work at least for the front 2 leadscrews that you can easily access from the top but you’ll have to unscrew a bit from the bottom to install it on the rear leadscrew.
And if you have to do that for the rear, you’ll have access to the others defeating the need to change the locations of the nuts.
Do you use the original failed nuts to screw your top screws into or do you place a spacer below the new nut secured from the bottom?
Have you drilled 2 new holes (or elongated the holes) in the printer slider? Why haven’t you drilled 2 new holes in the new nut?
