Any Advice on this would be amazing!

Hello, im currently dealing with support but iys slow going.
Im having general print issues with one of my X1Cs.
Im able to print this lid with the same roll of filament on the other machines, but on the printer with the issue, it doesnt quite make a circle and leaves some stringing, its like at a certain point, it cant quite make it.
Ive done start up calibration
Changed nozzles
Checked for blockages
Cleaned the plate throughly
Using normal settings and as mentioned, prints fine on the other machines with the same roll of filament.

Thansk and appreciate any advice

Layer height @ 0.16 or lower usually works for threads

Thank you for the rraponse.
I orginally printed at 0.20 standard profile and the picture you see is a 0.16 fine setting, but the same file works perfectly on the other printers :frowning:

Ok well that’s unusual, what about wall order inside first? Other than that I’m out of ideas :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for the tips. Its just annoying it works on the other printers all X1Cs.
Im running a intial layer test now just to see if it flags anything

I would definitely try this if the other printers are working fine.

Cant hurt!

Maybe you have a little build up of carbon that might cause a tight spot. :man_shrugging:

Tha ks very much for the advice. I did this until my fingers were bleeding.
I have done the initial first layer test and have put the pictures here.
I also printed the same print on another X1C and it came out perfect (attched the picture for that too)

I went back and read that wiki that i referenced to.

From another post i made this step should be added to the last step before snugging the screws on the back of the printer.

Then push the carriage to the back. Both sides touching the back position The toolhead in the middle.

Then you can lightly snug the four screws.

FULL calibration with reboot. Then first print with bed level and flow calibration if you use stock profile.

If this doesn’t work for you. Some forum users would suggest a factory reset.

Thank you! I will give this a try. I need to order some IPA but been cleaning the rods with Zeiess Glasses cleaner cloths which apparently does the same job. I didnt loosen any screws though when i cleaned them before, just gave them a good wipe.
But will follow the Wiki as like you said cant cause any harm.
