BIQU PANDA-VERSE Storage
Should have been dispatched on the 19th of October
They said it was delayed at customs and then said it could be delivered from the Czech Republic and had to reroute to Germany.
They said it was because of the weight of it.
I didn’t order the Panda-Verse storage but as someone who’s ordered way too many Panda products one lesson I learned is to order them from ANYWHERE other than straight from BIQU. When I see they have something I want, I look on one of their 15 official Aliexpress BIQU stores. They are usually cheaper there and even though people complain about Aliexpress they DO have a return policy and some form of customer service. My second go to are the US based 3D printer stores that carry BIQU (West3d, KB-3D and Fabreeko). They are usually more expensive than Aliexpress but I’ll get the product fast and they all have great customer service.
If you ever have a DOA product or an order that was mis-delivered (directly from BIQU) you’ll see they aren’t easy to deal with… oh and I won one of their social media give-a-ways on a product that was just released and they told me it was out of stock 
I am in the UK. We do not have stores like that near us or have seen any in the UK.
In the USA you have a few stores that sell Bambu printers and other 3D products; in the stores we don’t or haven’t seen any, mate.
I do a lot of shopping on Amazon. But they do not sell Bambu printers like in the USA. But I have not had any problems returning products. Evan got a £200 coffee Maker free of them because the courier said it would fit in his car.
Oh yeah, Amazon is great and would be the best choice but they are a little slow getting the new BIQU products.
I’m just saying if you ordered it straight from BIQU you might have a rocky road ahead.
It’s looking that way. I do find anything to do with 3D printing is always slow.
I went for it because my H2D makes it easy to move about.
I have arthritis and other health conditions. To make it easy to move when I need to get to the back of it. When to sort out any problems.

I pre-ordered the Panda Station Deluxe. It was shipped on November 5th. However, BIQU shipped it from their Chinese warehouse even though I ordered it from their EU warehouse.
The package is currently still in Hong Kong. Let’s see when it arrives in Germany.
Waiting for my one to get to Germany. It could not get shipped from the Czech Republic. They said it was of the weight and has to go to Germany first. Which they said should be shipped on the 1st of November. I will give another week, and I will cancel it. I think I will lol. I do not like waiting for a product this long. When I have paid and when it costs nearly £300. It’s been about 8 weeks now since I ordered it. When they said it will be dispatched on 19th October.
Hi, i also ordered with 19th of october (EU Warehouse) and i still waiting. Shipping to Austria.
I am in the UK. I ordered mine in September, saying it will dispatch on 19th October. I have had a few replies; one said it will now be dispatched on November 1. Well, it’s gone past by a bit now. I also sent an email on Friday; if it has not been dispatched soon, I will be cancelling it. Now they normally reply with a day. But no reply yet, though.

Not yet, but I’ve been told after nearly 3 months that it will be sent out very soon. They have been waiting for the stock to get to Germany, I was told.
Now the email I got this morning is that the stock has reached the warehouse and will be dispatched soon. I hope so lol. I am in England just incase you wanted to know where I was.
Got delivery notice. DHL first, then Royal Last Mile. Hoping it’s not one where they send a delivery notice and then it just sits like that for ages.
My order to UK from aliexpress (panda station bought on nice promo on Aliexpress) Been cancelled today… I will go and get some alu profiles and build more durable own version. Standard price is absurdal for 4 alu profiles and 4 metal sheets 
I was thinking of doing it myself, but with my arthritis bending is hard for me. Plus my hands are not the best now. The wife opens the jam jars now lol.
I was looking on MakerWorld, and one designer made his own one. But with hardwood, have you seen the price of hardwood in England? By the time you buy the stuff, it is cheaper. But not that much with good-quality runners and so on.
I have given them till Christmas at the latest for it to get to me. But it has been dispatched. DHL and last, as they say, Royal Mail, so no chance lol.
My nephew got a friend who is a joiner; he told me the other day and said he owes him a lot of favours. So we’ll see if it gets to me. Plus, last time I ordered from AliExpress, 4 bolts came and I did not order 4 bolts It was quite a lot more than 4 bolts lol.
Yeah, prices in UK never stops… My original order for station been 149GBP per kit with sides - probaly it’s why they cancelled me But this is reasonable price what you get. Side panel are plastic.
I plan to make construction with alu profiles, hardwood on top and bottom, 3x drawer and sides from 3mm alu-composite panel. +100 to rigid. Current price 360GBP is too much.
My Panda was about £288, I think, with side panels, a front door and drawer sliders inside. That can hold, I think, 20 rolls of spools. I did see an American in a picture he took of a model, and I seen them in the back, and I asked him.
I see one man in Germany gets today 2x naked Panda Station. Lucky! 
Luckily, they lol told me that they were held up in customs. Then they could not send a product with the weight that Panda was from the Czech Republic. So they had to ship them to Germany. Which took over a month to do about 200 miles. Brilliant shipping company, not lol. So hoping it comes in a few days, hoping, hoping lol.
I see one video from customer on Biqu FB group. Wow, it’s wobbly!!!
Is it the American who said he had the feet replaced because they were faulty?
He did say that the AMS did not fit right or the PTFE tubing did not – not sure which. But said if you disregard that, it is ok. But I have done a top mount to go on top of my H2D. The wife said I can get the H2C, but it will be after we come back from the Dominican Republic holidays, but we are not going till the end of May '26. But if any faulty bits, hope it will be sorted by then or another new one will be out lol.
