Any tips for smoother finish?

Hey guys. I’ve been seeing a bunch of people printing these balls, so I decided to give it a shot. I typically get a great finish on my prints, but I’m really struggling with the quality of these. I’ve tried increasing the wall thickness, dropping the outer wall speed to 30, using the variable layers and smoothing it out, and this is the best result I’ve had (which isn’t great). Any tips on smoothing out these spheres? Thanks in advance!

Can you share the filament you used, the brand, type, dub type and specific colour?

Also, screenshots of the Bambu Studio settings.

I used a brand new roll of Bambu Matte Ice Blue. As far as settings go, I’m currently at work so don’t have access to a screenshot ATM, but the only changes I made to the public print profile was dropping the outer wall speed down to 30 and the variable layer height.

try enabling ironing in bambu studio. set the ironing type to “all solid layer”

Is this a public model?

If so, share the file and I will give it a print.

I don’t own a bambu printer, but “Ironing” option in Cura, helps a lot

Ironing won’t help the picture shown, the “roughness” is on Outer Wall line types, not Top Surface line types.
