Any way to paint sparse infill?

I have something I want to print in which I want to make the sparse infill visible by cutting off the top of the part in Bambu Studio. I can slice it and get the sparse infill to look the way I want, but I can’t paint that infill to different colors because it only exists after the object is sliced. Is there a way to paint that infill by exporting the sliced file and bringing it back into BS, or some other way?

I can paint it at vertical levels, but that paints the entire object in horizontal stripes. I want to paint just the infill, and I want to be able to divide it into different areas and apply different colors to those areas.

Thanks!

Not paint, but you can insert a modifier as any shape and specify a different filament color.

If it is an organic object, simply insert the actual object twice, reduce its size slightly, and set it as a modifier.
