I have 2 orders 4 days apart, both on items in stock (filament). First order received in 5 days, and the 2nd order was placed and charged to me on Nov 6th and I still haven’t received it. I tried the LiveChat but it booted me out after several mins. Can someone at Bambu please ship or cancel my order.
