Hi woke up to find printing stopped and bent piece of metal that took out the supports and looks very wrong not sure what could have caused it or hot to fix it as error definitely doesn’t look to match the issue any ideas before i call support? what it should look like below was printing with only the left nozle as single colour as well so was no real need for it o move much at all.
Do you mean the nozzle blocker? The H2C should have spares included. At least mine does although I did not need them yet.
yes looks like the nozzle blocker concerned what has caused it to bend like that as it has to have hit or caught on something initially before it repeatedly took stuff out to get it to this point

I believe all multi-nozzle printers from Bambu Lab come with spare blockers. It also seems that they share the same kind of bugs that occasionally cause these blockers to bend for some users. In my case, I had to replace the nozzle blocker once after I accidentally snagged it with my glove and bent it.

Look at your purge station and make sure it is sitting flush with the surrounding plastic components. I have an H2d that self destructed because the purge station had walked up and was snagging the nozzles. The spider webbing is due to for some reason in this model the supports that are not on buildplate but the actual printed model are falling over not sure whats causing them to fail but everytime i have printed this it has happened as i am downloading this off makerworld and using their file and settings am assuming something isn;t right but don’t know where to start as all trees on the build plate are fine only ones that are on the model printed surface are affected using organic tree supports
not sure if it is the print head bumping them when printing or moving but one will fall over then 5 min later anther as they are different heights so i know it is a gap beten them but is it the webbing/ stringing that is pulling the rest done from when it tries to print where the missing support is and drags it along? but need to understand what causes the intial one to fall first
Do you have a USB stick in the printer?
If you have a video recording on there you might find the event that triggered this.
hi yes i have a usb in it and i had timelapse on but couldn’t tell or see is there a way to get more footage?
If you have video recording on and haven’t printed a lot after there might be a shot of the incident. Heavily depends on the storage capacity of the USB though.
With video recording on you have a full recording of your prints. Just take the USB to a computer and explore the contents.
