Are people getting their printers before the pre-order date? Mine says pre-order after 4th December Im hoping for it sooner. Like a kid waiting for santa!
yes orders/website went open at 15:00 i got my order in at 15:06 for a h2c+ultimate. It stated on the website and on my order form 9Dec.
I got shipping info a few days ago already and its been sitting in their warehouse in germany i think. Needed to move from Mönchengladbach (de) to middle of the netherlands about 200km. Today they called by the shipper bambu hired if they can deliver a 51KG package tommorow (26Nov) at my home. I told them i liked that idea so i told them yes and he will call me 30min before arriving it seems. So order 18Nov, promised Dec 9 and if all goes well delivered 26Nov 13 days faster than what is on the order form.

I ordered at 1402, 2 mins after the orders opened. Ive already got all the Ultimate package accessories but for the printer just Pre order around 4th december.

Then i hope i won’t get a 51KG ams2 tomorrow ! ill update as soon as i know… seems we ordered around same time i was like 3 or 4min… 6min was the payment done… Maybe because you are in uk (given the time zone) other warehouse/supply?
I ordered the Ultimate Bundle on the release date (18 November) – shipping was scheduled for 9 December.
The printer (H2C Combo) arrived on Friday, 21 November. The Ultimate Set wasn’t included, so I guess THAT will arrive on 9 December.
115 EUR for shipping. It was delivered by UPS by one (1) man. I had to help him carry it…

Dextera ca you still see the shipping weight? Mine should be here in hours so ill know but i feel 51KG is a little heavy for just the h2c+combo.
It was announced as weighing 45 kg.

Well 45+1.5+4.68+0.5=51.68KG… had to guess HT and nozzles. My shipping weight states 51.45 so it’s close. If i have to bet i might be missing the nozzles… ahh this guessing is fun until we know in a few hours. Greetings from Netherlands.

I’m in the same boat as many, ordered with 10 mins of the launch & got a 4 Dec dispatch date. Interested to hear when anyone gets the dispatch notification from BL & the courier?
Given that it weighs 40+ kg I don’t know if it would be a special delivery, the delivery driver will develop a hernia carrying that thing!!

With my first H2S that was delivered on a pallet
With my second one the man just hand delivered it, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it on my camera, just hugging it haha. Will keep you posted if I get any updates, so far it’s the same

The UPS Guy came with a hand truck / barrow to my stairs. From their, we both carried it.
Sorry had to work most of the day. Well even at 51KG it was only the h2c and not the other parts of the ultimate package. I guess thats we all get these dates in Dec. Anyway my h2c is up and running added a old ams to left side and the included in the left and doing test prints. Installation went smooth enough except it felt that someone put lockt. on the 2 front bed screws damn they where tight. So given that many of us who ordered the first 5min seem to get the h2c the ‘ultimate’ package seems to be just coming from normal supply and is backordered.

Feels like a different situation for us in the UK. Thats why I titled the thread anyone in the UK! Its of no relevance if someone else in another country gets theirs.

I am very surprised how shafted we are getting on this, I mean its only a week more to wait but seems rather strange we didn’t get it first.
I thought I was a wimp All four screws on mine had Loctite on them, and they were really difficult to loosen from their position.
Well brexit all that extra paperwork ! (sorry had to go there).
Or we are both wimps but that felt way not needed and also only on these not the others. I never ordered a printer directly from bambu can we see our ‘missing in action’ packages somewhere ?

I just spoke to Bambu via messenger, they are not shipping in the UK until after the 5th now!
