Realistically:
HF nozzle = better layer bonding = stronger parts.
That’s all.
The current limits of many models are simply thermal plastic itself. Even if the motion system and the extruders are perfect, there’s no escape from the filaments’ limitations.
If I push more filament out within the same time = I get more warping for that speed. While this might not show issues for simple models, I often find it very much true for more complex models.
