Not in the way I thinking you are hoping for, but, there is a way.
If your wavy lines are a model itself you can export each of the three colours out as their own respective STL files, make the pattern wide and deep enough to span your entire model and leave them in the same x,y,z offsets as they appear in your mockup.
Drag all three in from you finder or explorer to the build plate and confirm the question âare all the same modelâ.
Select the wavy pattern and move it to cover your model.
Now also select your original model so both are selected and right-click, select âmergeâ.
In the prepare tab and within the objects tab expand the plate view to see your merged objects.
Select your original model and drag it to the top of the list.
Select each of the parts of the wavy pattern in turn, right-click, choose âchange types and select modifier.
You can now set their colours in turn by pressing the number next to the filament chooser colour you want or pressing the swatch of each, then the space bar and selecting the correct colour.
When you slice, your model shape remains, but, the wavy modifiers should now affect the colours it will use to match those that overlap your model.
@MalcTheOracle so side quest questionâŚ
Applying this pattern to a round object. I havenât been able to find a method that works.

Did you make a new round pattern or try to use the previous one which was was cuboid in shape?
I tried both. Going to try a new round model pattern from scratch.
